Sleep Shop offers free shipping in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, Coquitlam, White Rock, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, Pitt Meadows, and Mission) For areas outside of the Lower Mainland, we can arrange delivery for a fee. Please email info@sleepshop.ca for a quote. Orders under $199 (pillows and sleep accessories) will ship for a $25 fee Canada-wide.

If the product you ordered is in stock, your order will be prepared for shipment right away. It will usually take 1-2 business days to ship your product and 5-7 business day for your product to arrive. We are constantly improving our shipping time and, in some cases, the product will arrive much faster than the posted estimated date. When checking the shipping status of your order, please note that 'tracking number generated' does not mean that the product has already shipped. If you order a product that is pre-order, it will say the estimated time that it will deliver. Please note this is just an estimate and can vary due to delays.
