Sleep Shop offers free shipping in the Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, New Westminster, Surrey, Delta, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley, Coquitlam, White Rock, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, Pitt Meadows, and Mission)
For areas outside of the Lower Mainland, we can arrange delivery for a fee. Please email info@sleepshop.ca for a quote. Orders under $199 (pillows and sleep accessories) will ship for a $25 fee Canada-wide.
Shipping Times
If the product you ordered is in stock, your order will be prepared for shipment right away. It will usually take 1-2 business days to ship your product and 5-7 business day for your product to arrive. We are constantly improving our shipping time and, in some cases, the product will arrive much faster than the posted estimated date. When checking the shipping status of your order, please note that 'tracking number generated' does not mean that the product has already shipped.
If you order a product that is pre-order, it will say the estimated time that it will deliver. Please note this is just an estimate and can vary due to delays.
Note: If you have both a pre-order product and an in-stock, your order will arrive when all products are in-stock. The expected date is available in your order confirmation email.

With a purchase of any mattress, we offer you a 60 Day Comfort Guarantee*. If you are not fully satisfied with your selection, simply arrange to come back in-store within 60 days to choose a new mattress at an equal or greater value. The Sleep Shop 60 Day Comfort Guarantee is only applicable to mattresses, so be sure you are using a mattress protector. Futons, beds, pillows and accessories are in the final sale. For hygiene reasons we do not exchange or refund quilts, pillows, toppers, mattresses and pillow protectors unless you have a valid warranty claim. These products are final sale. Please ensure you select these items carefully before purchase.
