Both materials are known for contouring your body, therefore providing excellent support, comfort, and motion isolation. Latex tends to sleep cooler than memory foam due to its breathability.
We recommend replacing your mattress every 5 to 7 years. Depending on the material, pillows should be replaced between every 6 months for polyester to every 2 to 3 years for more durable materials such as latex and memory foam. After all, you spend ⅓ of your life in your bed, so you need to be sure you’re getting the best sleep possible.
